CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Return and Refund Policy: We do not provide returns, refunds, or cancellations on products once they have been ordered, except in cases where the delivered product is damaged. To be eligible for a refund due to damage, the following criteria must be met:
- A photo of the damaged product should be submitted to us for investigation.
- The product should remain unpacked.
- Refunds shall be made within a minimum of 7-10 working days or a maximum of 30 working days.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is damaged, as per the criteria mentioned above.
